Uplifting our Older Adults

We are committed to promote the wellbeing of our elders and reduce loneliness and isolation impacting our senior community members. Our older adults programs aim to support our African elders by providing culturally relevant activities and events as well as connecting them to trusted community resources that improve health and livelihoods.
