We are dedicated to our mission.
Creating a vibrant and inclusive community where everyone thrives and embracing the rich cultural heritage of Africa through our work.
Community Support Services
We provide comprehensive support services to African immigrants, refugees, and low-income families, helping them access essential resources and assist with integration. Our programs include housing assistance, connecting families to rental support and emergency aid; youth programs, offering educational field trips and mentorship; and older adult services, ensuring our elders receive culturally support and working to reduce isolation. Through our community support programs, we aim to promote stability and well-being, empowering individuals and families to thrive.
For Families
Housing Support and Application Assistance
We provide in-person assistance to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or struggling to find safe and stable housing. We connect people with local eviction and rental assistance resources and assist with housing applications and applications for other services, jobs, and other financial benefits.

For Older Adults
Baobab Senior Circle and Community ElderConnect
We are committed to promote the wellbeing of our elders and reduce loneliness and isolation impacting our senior community members.
