We are dedicated to our mission.
Creating a vibrant and inclusive community where everyone thrives and embracing the rich cultural heritage of Africa through our work.
Older Adults Programs
We are committed to promote the wellbeing of our elders and reduce loneliness and isolation impacting our senior community members. Our older adult programs aim to support our African seniors by providing culturally relevant activities and events as well as connecting elders to trusted community resources that improve health and livelihoods.
