Join us for a free session to complete two important family planning documents: Parental Power of Attorney and Financial Power of Attorney.
What are these documents?
- A Parental POA allows you to designate a trusted person to care for your children if you’re temporarily unable to do so.
- A Financial POA lets you choose someone to manage your financial matters during unexpected situations—keeping bills paid and your household stable.
What to expect: You’ll meet one-on-one with an attorney and notaries who will explain the process, answer your questions, and help you complete and notarize your documents on-site.
What to bring: Bring your IDs (even if it’s expired) and the information about the agents (address, phone numbers, etc.)
Take this step today to protect what you’ve built for tomorrow.
