We provide in-person and one-on-one assistance to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or struggling to find safe and stable housing. We connect people with local eviction and rental assistance resources and assist with housing applications and applications for other services, jobs, and other financial benefits.

Housing Support

Housing Navigation and Application Assistance

We help with housing search and assistance in filling out housing applications. We work with clients to identify housing barriers and provide guidance to overcome those barriers. We also provide information and referral to community resources to address concerns related to housing.

We provide help for people navigating application processes and filling out forms required for housing, immigration, food, health, and other community support services. While we cannot provide legal assistance or advice, we are dedicated to assisting with application processes.

Making appointments is preferred, but we always cater to walk-in clients.

Rent Assistance

We have funding for limited rent assistance. You may be eligible.

Eligibility criteria:

  1. Household at-risk of homelessness or experiencing housing instability
  2. Be a principal or joint leaseholder
  3. Must meet income limit below.

Income limits:

  • 1-person household with a total income of $26,460 or less
  • 2-person household with a total income of $30,240 or less
  • 3-person household with a total income of $34,020 or less
  • 4-person household with a total income of $37,770 or less
  • 5-person household with a total income of $40,800 or less

How long do I wait after applying for support: Application processing takes up to 21 days or less from contacting our outreach officers to receiving support. 

When to apply for support: The program accepts requests for support throughout the year, as long as funds last.
