By appointment (preferred) ; walk-ins are also accepted.

ACCD offers in-person, one-on-one assistance in finding and applying to affordable housing. ACCD works with clients to identify housing barriers and provides resources to overcome those barriers, including information and referral to other community resources.

Staff and volunteers are available to assist clients with with:

searching for naturally affordable housing in Dane County
applying for subsidized housing
contacting landlords
filling out rental applications
Social services navigation and follow-up support

For those at risk of losing their current housing, staff connect people with local eviction prevention and rental assistance resources.

I will recommend this program to anyone and everyone because you guys help me when I need y’all the most, and filling out the application information was really easy and quick. Y’all worked really hard to work with my landlord and I appreciate everything you did for me and my kids thank you and I hope y’all continue to keep helping the people that need to help like me.
